Disclaimers/expectations- You are purchasing digital goods, no physical items will be shipped.- You will recieve a full sized digital drawing with my signature included.- Please keep in mind that I’m currently a college student, it is possible that the commission delivery time may vary depending on college work I have, the complexity of your commission, and other orders I already have.General- Do not edit, trace, or draw over my artwork - commission or not. If something needs fixing then please ask!- Do not feed my art to AI. This includes past, present and future artwork - commission or not.- You need to provide a colored reference of a character for your commission. This doesn't need to be drawn. A game screenshot, for example, will work fine. I just need something to work with.- I hold the right to refuse any commissions I don't want to work on.Revisions & Updates- Work in progress pictures will be provided at certain stages of the artwork. These will be heavily watermarked.- I accept minor changes after passing the sketching phase, but anything major will either be turned down or charged for. Price will vary with the complexity of the change.Use & Posting- Personal usage only! You may print it for yourself but commercial usage (such as selling merchandise, prints, etc.) is prohibited unless stated otherwise by myself clearly!- I may have your commission as a part of my portfolio. The commission won't be used for commercial purposes (selling merchandise, prints, etc.).- You are allowed to re-upload your commission and use it for social media banners, profile pictures, personal prints, wallpapers, etc., but you cannot use it for any profit, remove my signature or claim my work as yours.- Crediting me is very much appreciated if you intend on re-uploading it.Payment/refunds- I take payment up-front! This is not debatable. An invoice will be sent when prices are confirmed and must be paid in full.- Refunds depends on how much was completed on the artwork. A commission past the lineart stage will not be eligible for refunds.- I may offer a refund if I feel I am unable to complete the commission after accepting it.
